Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their recurring subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility Rules (Credit & Usage-Based System)
Refunds are strictly governed by the following rules. The priority is always placed on service consumption (usage) over the time elapsed since purchase.

| Consumed Credits | NON-REFUNDABLE. | Any credits (or equivalent usage capacity) that have been consumed, spent, or used to generate content, store data, or utilize the platform’s core features are irrevocably non-refundable. |
| New Purchase Guarantee (Unused) | FULL REFUND. | A full refund may be granted only if ALL the following conditions are met: (a) The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase AND (b) The user has consumed ZERO (0) credits or utilized NO paid features of the service. |
| Unused Credit Balance | NON-REFUNDABLE. | After the initial 7-day guarantee period, any unused or remaining credit balance, including those purchased through a monthly or annual subscription, is non-refundable. Unused credits will typically expire at the end of the subscription term. |
| Account Termination | NON-REFUNDABLE. | If an account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Use, the subscription fee and any remaining credits are forfeited and are non-refundable. |
| Service Failure (SLA) | Case-by-Case. | A pro-rata refund for the duration of the downtime may be considered if the Service is demonstrably unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a verifiable fault on Intepra’s part. |
Summary of Refund Policy
No refund will be issued for any service that has been consumed or used. Your purchase grants you access to capacity (credits/usage), and once that capacity is utilized, the transaction is deemed complete.
