This legal agreement governs your use of all services, websites, subdomains (e.g., app.intepra.com, support.intepra.com), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms offered by Intepra, a Sole Proprietorship based in India (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

- Usage Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor your usage (including API calls, data storage, and consumption of credits) to ensure compliance with your subscription plan.
- Security Measures: Intepra may implement technical, administrative, and automated measures to protect the Service, prevent abuse, enforce subscription limits, and maintain platform security.
Acceptable Use and Abuse Prevention
To maintain the security, reliability, and fairness of the Service, you agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits, usage limits, subscription restrictions, or credit allocations.
- Use temporary, disposable, deceptive, or misleading email addresses to create or access accounts.
- Attempt to bypass fraud prevention, abuse detection, rate limiting, account verification, or security controls implemented by Intepra.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated methods to create accounts, consume credits, generate content, or interact with the Service in a manner not expressly authorized by Intepra.
- Resell, share, transfer, or distribute account access, subscription benefits, or promotional credits without written authorization.
- Engage in activity that places unreasonable load on the Service or interferes with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
Intepra may use automated systems to detect fraud, abuse, security threats, suspicious activity, and violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, terminate, or refuse access to any account that violates these Terms or is reasonably suspected of engaging in abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, or attempts to circumvent platform limitations.
Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be automatically removed for security, operational, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Fees, Payments, and Billing
- Pricing Currency: All pricing for the Service is denominated in United States Dollars (USD) or other major foreign currencies as displayed. This is the official billing currency for international transactions.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., DoDo Payments). You agree to pay all applicable charges in advance for your subscription or for the purchase of credits.
- Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property and Content
- Your Content (UGC): You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, or media you create or submit using the Service (UGC).
- UGC License Grant: By submitting UGC, you grant Intepra a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display the UGC solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
- AI Output Disclaimer: The Service may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. Intepra makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI outputs before commercial use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Intepra expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Intepra be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
