Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Intellectual Property and Content
Your Content (UGC): You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, or media you create or submit using the Service (UGC).
UGC License Grant: By submitting UGC, you grant Intepra a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display the UGC solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
AI Output Disclaimer: The Service may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content. Intepra makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI outputs before commercial use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Intepra expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Intepra be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
